Last week I launched a course on how to make more money with clarity.

Why I built it: I was getting 10–15 DMs a week asking “I don’t know what to sell.” I was spending 20 minutes per person helping them find their offer. That’s 5 hours a week on the same conversation.

What happened: Over 3,000 creators have used it. One woman used it on a Tuesday and had her first $340 sale by Friday. Another used it to find the offer that led to $2,400 from 198 subscribers.

Why I built it: Students kept coming to me AFTER spending 3 months building something nobody wanted. I needed a way to catch that earlier. Way earlier.

What happened: It’s become the first thing I point people to before they build anything. It’s saved dozens of students from my worst early mistake — spending 6 weeks building a course that 11 people bought.

Tool #3: Show Don’t Tell (Thumbnail Generator)

What it does: Generates thumbnail concepts and visual hooks for newsletter articles, social posts, and course materials.

Why I built it: I was spending 30–45 minutes per article on visuals. For a 2-hour workday, that’s a quarter of my entire working time on something that should take 5 minutes.

What happened: Visuals that used to take 45 minutes now take 2 seconds. And they’re honestly better because the AI generates 2 options and I pick the best one instead of agonizing over a single design.

Tool #4: Ana AI Offer Genius

What it does: A deeper version of the Offer Flow that doesn’t just generate an offer — it has a conversation with you. It asks follow-up questions, challenges your assumptions, and helps you refine until the offer is airtight.

Why I built it: The Offer Flow is fast but it’s just an entry point. Some people need more customisation. They need someone to say “wait, who exactly is this for? Not ‘people’ — WHO?” I can’t do that 200 times. But my AI can.

What happened: This became the tool I recommend to students who are REALLY stuck. The ones who’ve been going in circles for months. It’s patient in a way I can’t always be at 7 AM.

Tool #5: Launch Stack

What it does: Generates a complete launch plan — email sequences, timeline, pricing strategy, social posts — based on your offer, your audience size, and your launch date.

Why I built it: “I have an offer but I don’t know how to launch it” was the second most common DM I got (after “I don’t know what to sell”). This handles both the strategy and the copy.

The pattern you should notice:

Every tool started the same way: I got tired of doing the same thing manually.
