Loved this breakdown! I feel like I’m either stuck at 2 or 5. Two: because I feel like I answer their questions through my substack, I can’t identify a singular product to sell that’s low lift (used to make complex products, no thx)
Since I’ve done it before maybes it more of a 5 problem — identifying what solo thing they’d need by just asking.
Either way, this framework made the dilemma easier to parse through and I’m sure I’ll come to a conclusion if I think long enough. Thanks for sharing
