🚀January Growth Challenge: Turn Your Notes into Subscribers
What if your notes could make you money?
Four months ago, I had no idea how powerful notes could be.
Today? They’ve brought me 60% of my Substack growth, helping me hit 29K subscribers and bestseller status in just 4 months.
Notes like this one:
But here’s the truth: not all notes are created equal.
Some brought hundreds of likes but zero subscribers.
Others? A handful of likes but a flood of paid subscribers.
That’s the thing about notes: They can grow your audience fast if you know what to post, when to post, and how to structure them for maximum impact.
This January, I’m opening the door to my personal playbook:
My 3-Note Strategy (growth, educational, entertaining)
The Notes Calendar I used to build consistency and scale
Swipe files of my most viral and highest-converting notes
And we’re gamifying it. 💥
It’s not just a challenge—it’s BINGO! Small, fun, actionable tasks to keep you growing all month long.
Plus, each week, I’ll host a Notes Boost Party where we’ll engage with your notes and help you grow faster together.
This challenge is available for paid members, and to make it easier to join, I’m offering 40% off the annual plan for the next 24 hours.

There are 3 Types of Notes
There’s a method to the madness. When it comes to Substack growth, you need a mix of these three types of notes:
Growth Notes:
These are designed to attract new eyes. They’re bold, edgy, sometimes controversial, and perfect for going viral. Think: hot takes, contrarian views, or trending topics.Educational Notes:
These position you as the go-to expert. Share actionable tips, insights, or mini frameworks. The goal? Build trust and authority while delivering immediate value.Entertaining Notes:
These make people smile, laugh, or feel seen. They’re relatable, personal, or downright funny. These notes build a deeper connection with your audience.
The secret? A calendar that balances all three. This ensures you’re growing, engaging, and converting consistently. That’s exactly what this challenge will teach you.
