I must admit that I ignored Notes strategically and only used it to announce or reshare. Since seeing your focus on it (and from other experts), I started to participate - and it works! Also vice versa as I engage with a lot of Notes from others and explored great writers!

Thanks for the tips Ana. I’ve been guilty of avoiding Notes as it felt like yet one more thing on the to-do list. But I’m going to try out your suggestions and hopefully they’ll show me that it’s worth the effort! Now I just need to get my imagination in gear! 😆

you will love my review of what notes generate most conversions in the workshop I shared too. But basically, just start writing notes ;)

I don’t see ANYTHING EVER from my notes. ONLY from my longform and my comments.

This is off topic, but I visited your profile & almost tuned out after the 1st sentence. Good I kept reading because what's after that is compelling. However, I don't know what synestate is & I'm a college-educated, well read person. Yes I could look it up, but not knowing anything about you & whether your content is worth my time, I wouldn't. I suspect others may feel the same. I suggest removing that word. IMO everything else in your bio flows better without it. Of course you can totally ignore me, since I'm kind of a stranger on SS giving unsolicited advice (as a Gen X long-time entrepreneur, brand strategist, marketer & southern black woman, sometimes I cannot help myself) 😆 Just feedback from a reader

Thank you. No one knows what synesthesia is, even I didn’t until a friend told me about hers. The book I was recently asked to write about my survival and diagnoses goes into it, and it’s something everyone who learns about grabs from me. But my wisdom doesn’t need it, my art and stories do not need it or any other medical jargon. Only if you want to know me does it matter. And I’m here mostly to read. So thank you. Heard and super appreciated.
